About Floor Cleaners Base

Our Transparent Floor Cleaner Base is a specially engineered manufacturing-grade base designed to produce high-quality floor cleaner concentrates.
After blending with fragrance, the base converts into a stable, clear floor cleaner concentrate, which can be further diluted with DM / RO water as per manufacturers required strength.Colour may be added at the final dilution stage to achieve the desired market appearance.
This system provides excellent flexibility, allowing manufacturers to customize concentration level, colour shade, and fragrance profile without affecting clarity or performance.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS (RECOMMENDED)
Step 1: Concentrate Preparation
Floor Cleaner Base : 95%
Fragrance : 5%

Mix slowly until a clear, stable concentrate is obtained.
Step 2: Final Product Dilution
Dilute the concentrate with DM / RO water as per required strength
Add approved water-soluble colour at this stage
Mix gently to maintain transparency
